solutely horrible experience on Gold Class today!!!! I wasn't going to post this, but I am compelled to The GOLD CLASS bus was dirty, screens weren't working, main display was taken off. No seat cushions, nothing! Cherry on top? THE AC BUSTED HALFWAY! WE TRAVELLED IN JUNE TO LAHORE IN A SUFFOCATING, SMELLY, HOT BUS! Once we reached Thokar Niaz Baig, they refused to put us in a shuttle to take us to Kalma Chowk. We stayed at Thokar for half an hour before they decided to arrange a bus for us!
Customer Service is priority. Clean & Air-conditioned waiting lounge. Transport system is very effective & according to schedule
Since 2020 when fare was 1,080 rupees for Multan so to till I'm the monthly regular passenger of Daewoo Express Pakistan with travelled two trip in a month from LHR to MUX. Its really good service as compared to other services. Highly recommended for MUX, FSD and ISB. One of the luxurious service after Q-Connect. Thank you Daewoo for sustainable quality. No doubt are high but they provide quality services. 🚌 ❤❤❤
This is probably the best Daewoo terminal in Punjab with good refreshments options. Always keep an eye on washrooms cleanliness. Some drivers drive rush (zig-zag) on longer routes with sudden brakes at time, feedback should be taken from the passengers at the end of trip. Buses association should demand Government to fix roads in small cities, especially from Sukkhar to Karachi. Cleanliness and good roads are essential for transport and tourism activities.
