Shoutout where it's due! I know HBL usually gets a lot of heat, but I just had a surprisingly positive experience that deserves a mention. Faced a fraudulent transaction on 6th May 2025 of around $1300+ and was fully expecting the usual “wait 75 working days” runaround. But huge shoutout to Arsalan Rasheed from HBL who not only took my case seriously but actually helped me get my money back within 6 hours. Yes, SIX HOURS on a platform where delays and dead ends are more common than quick resolutions. Professional, responsive, and genuinely helpful. Arsalan restored a bit of faith in a system that often feels broken. If only more employees at HBL had this level of efficiency and care. Credit where it’s due. HBL please give him a raise.
