I had terrible experience here. Firstly, only one counter was working and staff was really slow. Secondly, when I ask a guy that "do I have to fill deposit slip for Goethe?" He said no directly go to counter. When I went to counter after waiting 40 minutes (only one counter was working and everyone was relaxing and keep in mind I went there early around 12-1PM when there are not so many customers still it took them hell out of time) The lady asked me to fill deposit slip. It shows that their staff don't have knowledge and they come to work to relax. Worst HBL branch or worst bank in the world
