Habib Bank Limited IBB Jofa Tower Branch Karachi in Karachi, Pakistan

Modern design building, one of the best banks of Pakistan. The building has the most secure ATM in that area. The staff is very courteous.

ZERO RATING FOR CUSTOMER TRUST AND SERVICE > My 15+ year old HBL account (A/C 10847901766655) was unlawfully closed by the Head Office without any prior notice or justification, effectively locking my balance of PKR 14,000. > I have exhausted all channels: the branch, the helpline, and HBL's official email support. No one can provide a reason or solution. This action has severely damaged my business operations. > The arbitrary closure of a long-standing customer's account is highly unprofessional and violates basic banking standards. A formal complaint has now been filed with the State Bank of Pakistan (SBP). > I demand immediate reinstatement of my account and contact from a senior official. Avoid HBL if you value your funds and business continuity.
