Staff are very bad behaviour
Very poor service. Came for a simple cash deposit. Been here 45 min and still waiting. There were 42 tickets ahead of me and it's moving at a snail's pace. Avoid this bank if you can
If you do not use your Meezan's debit card, the bank will give you the ticket but due to not having the card they harass you by making you wait for 1 hour or more, and the excuse they give is that we give priority to card holders. When new customers with cards will be added, the old ones will also do their work and go to WPS, and due to not having your card they will just keep watching everyone and if you raise your voice they will be harassed
Worst branch experience. I am being humiliated for the last 10 days for opening an easy account. Biometric is not working at times, sometimes I will have to get the deposit done in the morning. Will I have to miss classes or job and keep coming everyday. Go to any other branch and the account will be opened the same day. Pathetic service.

Good and friendly staff, however security guards are rudes, but I must appreciate Sheriyar who is responsibility is opening account, that guy who is sitting at clearing/clearance chair is very friendly and responsible person, I forgot my ID card there and he kept it safe, thanks sir if you are reading this, lady who sit beside him is also friendly, and manager is also very cooperative, I don't know about other branches but this branch of meezan bank is very rushy, yet staff behaviour is beautiful even office boys are cooperative. I hope they continue with that momentum. Strange I am the first who write about this branch. Good luck.
Went for receive home remittance took tokan and wait 30 mins then on counter after checking online they said take new token for receive your money on different counter seriously i have been waiting for so long on pervious token now i have to take new token for receive money. After waiting another 45 minutes finally i received my money now i realize why overseas Pakistanis Prefer HUNDDI.
Extremely poor service at Meezan Bank Bahria Town Branch
Have a very bad experience opening an account, I have already an RDA account, therefore, I have provided the same documents that I submitted during the opening of the RDA account however, there is one lady Mrs. Sadaf who is asking the additional requirements, after wasting the 4 days she agree to open an account but she told me, she can’t provide the gold ATM/debit card, only she can provide the pay pal card, after very long argument and discussion with operation manager she agreed to provide the gold card. Overall Meezan Bank is very good, but the Bahria Town branch staff is very unethical
Meezan has one of the most pathetic bank applications ever. I have been trying to access the app for over four weeks, and I am still unable to login due to unidentified errors. I have called the helpline several times but my they keep going in circles without providing a solution to my problem. Pathetic service
Its their weekly melo drama they lock ATM and go away. So the cash will not run out from ATM. Who ever in charge You can fool your department by showing uptime like this not the costumers.
On Friday, there is no sign outside the bank stating how long the bank will remain closed.
AOA, Complain Details of MBL Employee: Name : Sayed Hasnain Asghar Designation: Branch Officer On 21-Apr-2025, I sent to my brother to MBL branch Sector C Bahria Town Lahore, to cash my cheque. After long wait and procedural delay in MBL branch of 45 minutes and doing all his formalities (by HASNAIN ASHAR) of CBC / call / ID card copies. At end he said that sign of account holder does not match. He gave instructions to my brother to call the account holder in Branch (every time when I used to cheque my cash). I gone by my self all the way to MBL branch to resolve the issue. He was having NO embarrassment same like bureaucratic attitude in Pakistan. The thing is that every business sector must facilitate to their clients, rather to put them in hassle and delays. Always very disappointed in MBL branch (located at Plot # 59-B, Sector C, Bahria Town, Lahore).
Poor staff who do not know to behave customers rspecially belonging to educated class. They were not ready to work due to laziness even it was as per rule in the bank near by it. I believe that such staff members will very soon put the name of this bank into mud which this bank holds. I never recommend revisit.
I have visited two times for reactivating account, they took all info and fingerprints but still account is not active. very bad experience

I visited this branch and were very disappointed. The staff was extremely unprofessional and had no proper knowledge about banking. Both the male and female employees behaved very rudely with customers. Their attitude was totally unacceptable. One of the female staff members even called me “mad,” which is completely disrespectful and unprofessional. We strongly advise others not to visit this branch
