That's a amazing Bank as well as online banking so much good system according to all online banking (Maybe). But banking staff is not to be good for peoples because He has almost all staff running management by own. so kindly hire a good persons for a dealing from peoples

Good bank. The bank serves a large community in the area. The bank is always busy perhaps due to the reason that there are not many beaches around to cater all the clients nearby. Once i discussed something work the manager and i found him very helpful.

Very very bad experience incompetent staff bad service

It was very good branch when I had open my account first time in 2021. Still I'm using the same account and I have no issue till now. At that time the Management and employee were really nice and cooperative. In 2024, when I visited the same branch it's looked like they have some issues.

I would give it minus rating if I could. First off the branch environment was disgusting, not welcoming and clutter was everywhere. The teller I dealt with was not visible and hidden by a giant sign. I got to cash my remittance, the teller seemed unhappy about my presence there and body language showed his unwillingness to help. He communicated in one or two word answers and then said that his system is not working and I should go to a different bank. What a waste of time
