My visit to this bank was very Smooth. proper reception to solve the issue and guide you.. One of the best interior reletad to others banks.
Extremely pathetic, incompetent and unprofessional staff. I'm pregnant and standing on a counter specifically designated for women (counter #5) but some guy is standing for his long a$$ transaction. Seriously, shame on you guys. I didn't call the branch manager because already read in reviews that he is a thorough UNPROFESSIONAL man. Please improve your standard. Standardless Chartered Bank
Though banking service is comparatively better but their SOP is not very different to other Banks. There are very rigid things needed to be change ! If someone is not in the country and has stuck with his/her Credit card issue , or debit care then they are lost ! Calls are dropped , email are not responded & staff more seems a robotic working style.
the people working there don't know the policies of their own bank , what a nightmare and waste of time. ungrateful to customers. I pre-googled and when I went there to open FCC account, they themselves invented a new policy and shoved me away. , 😔
