Nice services... Both male and female representatives available for clients of both genders...
Staff needs training for basic customer relation. Landline is not attended.
Service quality is person dependent. Some staff is very helpful and some barely facilitate. Any visit or phone call is like a roll of dice
They provide worst services possible. I am paying for their mistake since 6 months. They added incorrect CNIC # in their system & I am unable to perform bio metric verification. I have to go their every month & they only claim that this wont happen again & leave the problem as it is. I have been visiting this hell hole since Ramadan to no avail. I wish they had negative scores to choose from, REALLY!!
The services are quite slow. Staff has lack of energy and enthusiasm for work. They need to work in satisfying their customers... Got the same services for couple of times..
