The relationships manager was busy on the phone in his Punjabi conversation and kept me waiting 10 minutes, His behavior was rude, and didn't guide me properly.
Customers are suffering because there is friction between workers and the didnot respect each other.
I visited this branch one time in 3 years. Sadly that was the worst experience to walk in this branch. Operations manager was not cooperative. I immediately closed my 12 years old account right after that visit.
Good banking but account opening is so much tough
Not a good experience. They are very sluggish in opening an account. I had to complain the headoffice. Never expected such attitude from a bank which has been working here since 1863...
This branch is really good. Staff is helpful. Environment is also good. Finding parking is a bit difficult at busy times. Overall, Good branch.

Standard Chartered used to be good but recently customer service is at its worst. First the CSR forget to take a sign and told me after 1 month upon inquiry. Ans since then, the case is still in progress! Pathetic service.
Worst bank ever....for cash deposit and for withdrawl you have to wait 3 to 4 hours.....non cooperative staff and rude......worst not recommended.....ab konsa zamana ha itna wait ka ......you can see only fees challan etc ,its mean people dont waste their time in these types of bank..... Its 21 century and why these banks are even existed ......in lahore only some branches are left ... Month by month branches are getting rare .....only 2 3 branches left in lahore city
Standard chartered is a United Kingdom based bank operational in many coumtries with online international banks connected with each other through their secure network. It is one of the most advanced and user friendly bank in Pakistan and provide all types of banking facilities to their customers. Most of their services are online and they also provide self banking services in yheir branches.
You can expect consistently poor customer service, even in Priority Banking. If it's supposed to take 5 minutes, you can expect it to take 3 weeks. System is always down, staff is argumentative and rude, everything and everyone works at a snail's pace, so many unnecessary steps and paperwork to do basic things.
Well I had a very bad experience with this bank. I needed some change for the eid. I went to the manger room she wasn't in her room. Secondly when she came back she was on a phone call and told me to wait outside. I waited for at least 15 minutes. She came out and I discussed my concern to her. She then said to me please go to the counter and I told her there are not giving us the right customer service. Even though being a manager she did not knew that if they have enough change in their bank and trying to act like an unknown Person who doesn't know that what's going on into the bank. Her name was karmani saab. The Guy on the customer service department telling me her name karmani Saab rather than her full name. Kindly support this review to develop the maturity of banking. I wish I could upload the photo of that manger when she was on a phone call
Standard chartered bank is the best international bank in Pakistan. This branch is located in Gulberg opposite McDonald. In this branch staff is very cooperative and helpful with customers. They resolve the customers issues in a very respectful manner. I like this branch and the staff working there very much.
Worst Branch Banking experience. Standard Chartered Bank has very good online banking services but Sub Standard Branch Banking. I was maintaining an account with SCB for last 20 years. I had to close my account due to services and behavior of staff of this branch. Employees of this branch are ignorant, inefficient and arrogant.
Third class bank. Rude staff and they do not guide you properly. Their quality of services decreasing day after day. This bank is becoming worst day after day.
I was registered my self in FBR as a filer. After that i was go to anarkali branch to withdraw cash,i was asked casher i am show there as a filer he didn't respond properly and say me"if it's show on my computer then you are considered filer" but he didn't confirm me or guide he how can i submit my filer documents on it's he cash my check and cut "With Holding Tax" from my account. Guiding Procedures is not good But now i want to know how can i update my status as a filer on my account. Regards Adeel Mughal
Check deposit machine wasn't working. Security guard said, it won't work.if you want to keep trying then you can but it won't work . This branch is at premium location in Lahore but what's the point of having a CDM if it's not working?

I personal think the best bank in pakistan because they provide outstanding services online and in branch.
Helpful and cooperative staff. Long queues on cash counters usually. 2 ATMs inside the bank. Comfortable seating available for waiting. Bank is usually quite busy as located in the centre of the city. Parking area is available. Can be tricky to find a spot at peak hours.
Courteous staff, excellent service. Although most banking needs are taken care of with alternative delivery channels, but sometimes it becomes inevitable to visit the bank. This was one such instance.

New account open karwaya or mail ai k bank visit kren, bank aya 4hrs kyc hi nae hori kabhi koi drama kabi letter head pe likho kabi koi drama. Low Standard Chartered.
I am writing to express my extreme frustration and disappointment with the pathetic level of customer service I have received from your bank. Over the past few days, I have called your helpline multiple times just to confirm whether I have met the spending threshold required for the reversal of my annual credit card fee—a simple query that remains unanswered due to your agents consistently dropping the call after 4 to 5 minutes. Today again, after waiting on hold for 6 minutes, the call was dropped once more.
