Very lazy staff. I counted 28 people waiting for their number. Out of 4 counters, only 1 was active and the lady there were taking around 5 mins per customer. So an average wait time was over an hour. Had to come back without my work. Wasted 20 mins.
The staff at at this Branch, is extremely unprofessional. Their behavior with customers is rude, disrespectful, and careless. They are very slow in providing services, speak harshly, and even mislead customers with false information. Instead of helping, they make customers feel humiliated and frustrated. This kind of attitude is completely unacceptable from a bank staff.
